What Was Changed

  • 8,540 censors across the game's dialogue and on-screen text — same-length asterisks replace flagged words (e.g. the F-word becomes "****"). Sentence structure, punctuation, and the dialogue's branching logic are unchanged.
  • 3,404 English voice lines with the profane word silenced — only the word, not the line. The rest of the performance plays normally and the clip keeps its exact original length (4,426 muted spans across 537 audio bundles).
  • Blasphemy used as an exclamation or curse is censored; genuine in-world religious references (deity names, scripture-style lines) are individually preserved.
  • English only. Single-player. Saves are unaffected.

What Was NOT Changed

The writing, the world, the philosophy, and the tone are untouched — only the flagged words change. Non-English text and audio are left as-is. Saves are 100% compatible (only text strings and audio frames inside existing asset bundles change — no scripting hooks, no DLL changes, no save-format impact), and achievements are unaffected.
