Patches — your responsibility

GameScrubber patches are provided free of charge for use on your own legitimately purchased game installations only. By downloading and applying a patch, you accept that:

• You own a legitimate, licensed copy of the relevant game.
• You are using the patch for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Applying any patch is at your own risk. We make no warranty that a patch is compatible with your specific installation, operating system, or game version.
• We are not affiliated with any game publisher or developer. Patch use is your own decision and subject to the relevant game's EULA.
• Patches do not circumvent any DRM system. If your copy of the game requires DRM circumvention to access the files the patch modifies, you may not use the patch.

Game files and your copy

GameScrubber does not sell, host, or transmit copies of any game. Most patches modify only files already present on your own machine and include no game files in the download. Some patches include edited copies of specific game files, derived from the original game and intended to replace the matching files in a copy you lawfully own; their use is governed by the applicable game's EULA, platform terms, and modding policy. Each patch's page states which model it uses, and you must own the game either way.
