Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Patches — your responsibility

GameScrubber patches are provided free of charge for use on your own legitimately purchased game installations only. By downloading and applying a patch, you accept that:

Game files and your copy

GameScrubber does not sell, host, or transmit copies of any game. Most patches modify only files already present on your own machine and include no game files in the download. Some patches include edited copies of specific game files, derived from the original game and intended to replace the matching files in a copy you lawfully own; their use is governed by the applicable game's EULA, platform terms, and modding policy. Each patch's page states which model it uses, and you must own the game either way.

Affiliate links

Patch pages may contain affiliate links to game retailers. We disclose all affiliate relationships. Clicking an affiliate link and making a purchase may result in us receiving a commission at no extra cost to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and all patches are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that patches are error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameScrubber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any patch, including but not limited to damage to your game installation, loss of save data, or account suspension by a game publisher.

DMCA

If you believe any content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to [email protected]. We will respond promptly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
